The following Mantras should be sung in ancient Sanskrit and Kanji while at the same time making the positive thought.

Use the fingers to count the number of chants by closing the fingers into the palms, then chanting once as you open out the right thumb. For the second chant open out the forefinger – and so on, until all fingers of both hands are open.

You chant AAH (10 times) While thinking positively of a personal need to be fulfilled

2nd Sanjna chants MMM (once)
You chant MMM (10 times) While thinking positively of a need for Planet Earth to be fulfilled

3rd Sanjna chants AUM (once)
You chant AUM (10 times) While thinking of Good/God within)

4th Sanjna chants OM SHANTI SHANTI (once)

8th Sanjna chants SEI HE KI (once)
